1. Return Window

Due to the nature of jewelry products, including hygiene and personal-wear considerations, all returned items must meet the return conditions outlined below to be eligible for a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-wear items may not be eligible for return once worn.

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or an incorrect item due to an error made by AVYRA, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.
Customer-Initiated Returns

7. Final Sale Items
